2003 Peugeot 307 loss of power and whistling noise

When the car is ticking over it sounds okay and even when you rev it up no whistling noise from it but the minute you start to drive it and the engine is under load you can a hear a loud whistle noise from the right hand side of the engine is there anyway that you could advise me as to what could be wrong

is it coming from the gearbox area. if so it could be your thurst bearing.

or water pump

has a turbo pipe come off ,follow the hoses from the inlet mainfold to the intercooler and back to the turbo also make sure there not split

Could also check injector seals/guides are not leaking.
