car was sshuddering through the brakee pedal...was told it was the driver rear abs sensor...got it replaced although it looked "melted" a bit.. man from the garage said he is not getting a reading from the machine from the side he fixed...the shudder has gone but the abs light staying on...please help...he said that there was either a fault in the cable running underneath the car or it was the bearing at the side he fixed

if you had a rear sensor replaced was the mounting face free of corrosion as this will upset the air gap required between the sensor and the ring
