2003 Peugeot 307 stone deflector/sump guard

Variant: 2.0 hdi estate
Can someone tell me the correct name for the plastic cover which is in two parts, attached to the front bumper and covering the underside of the engine please? Would also like to know where I could get one as well as I can't find any mention of the part in quaestion anywhere on the web!
Is it a common fault for these parts to come loose/lose screws/drop down whilst driving?
