2002 Peugeot 307 heater plugs

when starting,the heater plug light goes out straight away,giving problems on cold mornings(the neighbours love me)changed the heater plugs and also the brain(screwed to the front of the fuse box)made no difference, any ideas?

have you changed the glow plug relay,you need to check that you are getting live to the glow plugs and that they have a good earth through the engine block
