2006 Peugeot 307 steering wheel vibration

when traveling at 70 the steering wheel vibrates, ive fitted new front tyres thinkin a defective tyre and balenced the wheels also ive got a squealing noise when i go over speed bumps, im after advive before i strip the strut and inspect

Dont know about squealing noise but anti roll bar drop links are a common fault .
