when i lock the car the windows have stopped going up is there any thing i can do to sort out the problem i have checked the fuses many thanks stokeandrew

if the fuses are ok then you need to remove the door trims and check the wiring to the window motors and also the switches

open bonnet and drivers window then shut door. leave for about fifteen minutes then disconnect battery.when reconnecting battery turn the lights on and off to wake bsi. the windows will now need to be lowered and raised a couple of times to re initialise them.if this doesnt work then it could be a software issue with bsi.
