Sqealing noise

the clicking noise from the wheels on full lock is the outer cv joints knackered,replace as nessecary,the squealing noise sounds like like power steering belt slipping if it is doing it when turning wheel,check the belt condition and adjustment.if it is auto belt tensioner then change the belt

Classic symptoms of c.v joints gone.

307 has electric pump so doubt its the power steering belt.Check fluid level in the pump.

Ok im pressuming here that you have electric power steering .

I would be looking at alternator pulley! yours i believe should have free wheeling pulley and they can sieze and cause vibration / noise issues! to check it remove belt and alt pulley should spin clockwise and whilst the main shaft in the alt is spinning you should be able to hold still the outer part of the pulley , basically it should move both ways!1
