The air conditioning and heating on all settings is blowing cold on the driver side and hot on the passenger side of the car.

the servos could be stuck or jammed,check the wiring to the servos and check the mechanism that moves the flaps,try disconnecting the heater switch panel as this can sometimes reset the servos

the drive gear is worn.there is a modified mounting and gear for the motor.Still check to make sure motor is working though.
