2006 Peugeot 307 issue with radio

Hi,
I have had an on-going issue with my radio for about 2 years. Peugeot have replaced the radio but the problem still persists.
When driving, I find stations drop out and in on a regular basis, i.e it’s fully tuned and then radio station disappears for about a second and then it comes back. It does it for all radio stations and not one in particular.
Not sure what else it could be, someone did say that the key with the code in it code be causing the problem?? I've tried both my spare and usual key and it happens with the same frequency.
I do find that RDS seems to disappear and my radio stations presets do disappear every couple of months.
Peugeot say that its user error and I suggested that if it was user error then they should show me, once they sorted it out. They said they sorted it and got down the road a couple of miles and the issue reappeared.
Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

when you tune radio do you use the local frequency to store or do you wait until station details displayed.I f you use station details then rdio will search for local frequency when on the move this mite be why it is lost momentarily.
