my 307 hdi wont start, it is slow to crank over but even if you tow it it still wont start,the fault codes are showing a cam sensor fault but a new sensor didn't work, also there is fuel getting to and from the pump. any ideas????

poor battery or possible starter fault pulling too much current from battery.
