ive had the battery disconnected and now its been connected the radio makes a loud bleeping noise when switched on

Is it not the radio asking for a code to be put in ?

Yes whittingehame is right again, we have the 206 ,disconect the battery you always have to put the code number in, it should be in your paper work or service book,or hand book,just takes seconds

307 radio requires chassis number!!
