2002 Peugeot 307 washer wipers - mot failure??

the front and rear washers are on the wrong switches - turning the rear washer on works the rear wiper and the front washers (but not front wipers) and the front washers work the front wipers and rear washers (but not rear wiper) does anyone know if this is an mot failure and would it be easy to correct of should i take it to garage?

it seems that someone has put the hoses on the washer pump the wrong way round if you take the plastic panels of under the front corner where the bottle is and swap the hoses around this should sort it
