2006 Peugeot 307 pre heated like not coming on but the car start

Hello my peugeot 307 start without the preheated light coming on and no click sound just have to count 8 seconds to turn the key, is that normal? or what can i do?

have the car checked out by a good garage or the dealers just for piece of mind as my be the bulb blown in the dashboard that needs to be replaced
