2001 Peugeot 307 indicator slalk snapped

indicator stalk has snapped, can it be replaced without taking off the steering wheel, also how much does it cost to replace and would i need special tools.

hi there wouldnt recommend you doing this yourself as the air bag needs to be remove and steering wheel to to be able to get to the indicator stalk so would recommend a dealer do this for you as there is a risk of the air bag going of which would be expensive if it did go of on you while trying it your self
