Vibration/shuddering

I had a problem with the car vibrating/shuddering in 1st & reverse. Took it to garage & said it was the thrust bearing had gone so needed a new clutch. Had replacement clutch and same thing happened within a few weeks, had replacement on warranty but now on the 5th clutch,they then also replaced the clutch fork and lath shaft top hat thingy, 6 weeks down the line i have same problem again but now vibrates between 50-55 mph as well as 1st & reverse gear.

im not sure weather that model has a duel mass flywheel but had the same problem with a volvo 2 clutches later volvo changed the dmf and all ok
otherwise has the flywheel been skimmed or checked for flatness
