1999 Peugeot 307 squalling and sqeaking noise

When i start up my car it squeals for quite a while seems to be like while it warms up kind of thing but it used to only happen somtimes but now happens every time i start it up and can last a while seems to be lasting longer and its a horrible noise want to know how to fix it

Tighten your alternator drive belt.

Would probably replace if is original belts
