2007 Peugeot 307 my problem with my 2007 307 is that when you put it on the first it starts shaking hard. and bearly you can put it on 1st 2 and 3 gear

It start shaking on the fist gear. And dont the 1,2,3 gears easy. You need force to put it. What may be the problem thanks for the help

Could be clutch , gear linkage / cables , engine mountings or a combination of all .
