Water temperature gets up to 90% very quick then starts running rough and stalling if not given high revs on pull off top rad pipe gets hot bottom rad pipe cold

It sounds like it may be a blown cyl. head gasket and cooling system pressurising . Carry out a block test to confirm or not .
