2006 Peugeot 307 intermittent power loss and shaking engine

Car intermittently loses power and engine shakes badly!
Turbo electric feed of more than 14 V has been blamed for the fault!
Any idea please?

Get it scanned for fault codes if not already done . Check alternator charging rate , not over charging . 14v feed wont help
