Particular diesel filter

Had the car remapped some years ago, all good for a long time, now the DPM is on and the Turbo is not working at all, garage cant fix it, they suggest another remap,
any thoughts?

Take it to a local reputable diesel specialist for diagnosing and assessing and second opinion of fault .
