2009 Peugeot 307 engine management failure on dash

Engine management failure comes up on the dash. The car then looses power and I can just make it crawl home. The garage initially cleared a backlog of faults. the problem returned. They have sent computer to Peugeot, as looks it had Vaseline put around it. Computer back from Peugeot and still the same problem.

Needs scanned with "Diagbox" Peugeots own diagnostics,
Nothing else will give accurate results.
Oh and for future reference don't let anyone clear faults without making a copy of the P codes.
All they've done is erase any clues for future repair.
