2008 Peugeot 307 "please insert upgrade cd"

Car has built in sat nav which also works music system, including cd player, radio. Coming up with above message - please insert upgrade cd. Sat nav, & all music systems not currently working. Also appears to be affecting reverse parking sensors. HELP! Many thanks
