Heater or aircondition don't blow air

heater or aircondition don't blow air! what can i do to fix it?

It sounds like your fan resistor has packed up or there is a bad connection to it.
Check fuses first if ok put heater settings on recirculation.
Then take cover down from underside of dash on drivers side just above the pedals.
If you look up you will see the ducting open.If you reach up inside you can feel the resistor.it feels about the size of a nice biscuit.give it a twist and it will come down enough to be able to remove it as long as the connector hasn't burnt.If that is the case a new heater wiring loom will be requird aswell as the resistor.Sometimes just nudging it is enough for a connection to be made.
