Indicators not working or heater, lights stay on

Heater stopped working this morning along with indicators. Lights won't switch off either. After stopping the car it now will not start.

Everything electrical on these is controlled by the "Body Systems Interface"
which is basically a computer control system.
You need it scanned just like the engine control computer would need scanned if the engine warning lamp was lit.
It's connected to the same interface as the engine control.
But it does sound like water has got into the BSI.
Which isn't too good for electrics.
Scan is the first step.
