I noticed a noise whenever I press the clutch especially gear 1. The noise is as if someone is rubbing a piece of iron on another piece of iron. What shall I do, please?

Sounds very like a failed clutch release/thrust bearing.
And if it is it will only get worse.
And the only way to be sure is to remove the gearbox and inspect the bearing.
And usually means a new three piece clutch kit.
