my car can not start, battery went flat and tried jampstarting but failed to start. checked it with the computer it gave an error code P1524. bought a new sensor but could not start. now anther technician says ECU locked, any help to start the car

Yeah,
I've had this with Peugeots,
Last one I had to remove the ECU and send it to a specialist to unlock.
But try the website "BBA REMAN".
they have a page of reset instructions that you can do.
