2003 Peugeot 307 horn does not work

the horn works sometimes!! which leads me to think maybe electrical problem, i need to know how to remove the steering wheel centre(the bit you press for the horn) any ideas would gratefully received

i wouldnt recommend you remove this yourself as you may trigger or damage the air bag device so would say garage or dealers as its there responsability if anything goes wrong
