There's a lot of problems with this engine,
all coming back to oil feed failure.
the oil gets contaminated with what's in effect soot
and from there it blocks the oil galleries, and from the oil starvation kills the turbo bearings.
This engine is fitted to Peugeot,Citroen,Ford and Volvo,
all suffer.
The only real repair is complete engine strip down, clean and renew oil pick up pipes, strainer and turbo charger.
And if you can imagine the bill it will probably be a lot more!
Mostly this is a car killer bill.
Now I might be wrong,
first thing to do is verify,
fairly easy to do,
just remove the inlet trunking from the turbo and give the turbo spindle the wiggle test,
it's not meant to have lateral play.
That's if the oil pouring out of the intake doesn't give it away.
Sorry to be the bearer.
