constant clicking from fuse box behind glove box on peugeot 307 car wont start i am not geting ignition lights but the motor is turning over when ignition is turned on

it sounds like a problem with the Bsi.It sits behind the glovebox and has internal relays etc.Check to make sure you don't have any water ingress causing electrical shorts
