Engine Pressure oil too low

A message of Engine Oil pressure too low is displayed every time I release the accelerator pedal, when the RPM is about 20 the message disappear, when the RPM is low the message appear again. No other symbols just STOP in read

check oil level,if ok could be oil pressure switch or even the oil filter could be blocked .
