2007 Peugeot 307 overspeeding

Car: Peugeot 307
Year: 2007
Variant: SE Auto
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
A relative from Ghana visited then uk for holidays with a full Ghanaian lincence. He left a couple of days ago and while he was here he drove my car because he an international lincence. After he had left, I just received a letter from the metropolitan police for overspeeding at the speed rate of 36mph instead of 30mph. But one thing is that because it's a semi auto vehicle, he usually used the gears and the accelerator got locked which made him overspeed at that rate. Need a help please.

Roflmao

Accelerator got locked? In that case don't drive it again until a professional has looked at it. That could kill.😜

As for the points just tell them who was driving it. And ask for photographic proof.
