Does't start working

All winter car was in garage, and after it everything was ok, but in next day, in the morning car simply doesn't start. With battery everything is fine. And there is no that starter sound. Nothing happens , when I turn a key. Is it can be some big problem with electronics?

Have you tested the battery with a meter ? tried a jump start ?

Yes I also tried mater and jump start, nothing is working!

Check all fuses , especially (I THINK ) NO .8 under the bonnet . Also try another key if you have one .
