2003 Peugeot 307 car not starting in the morning

Car: Peugeot 307
Year: 2003
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Since I have been using the car, it starts in just a click. But now, I try it up to five times before it would start in the morning. Thereafter it would start be normal for the rest of the day. Could this be battery?

If you suspect the battery, get it load tested, if its ok then you can start looking else where for the problem

Thanks for your contribution. The turnover is okay but its been long the plugs were changed. I will check the battery and get back to you.

What engine / model is car ? petrol or diesel ?
Posted Mar 23, 2013 (11 years ago)
The engine is petrol engine. I have the plugs checked, the nozzle cleaned and serviced but it all the same. The car starts after like five to ten trials with legs on the accelerator. Please can this lead to any further damage. I intend to leave it as it is rather than spending money without any sign of improvement

The car is petrol engine, I checked the plugs they were fine, get the nozzles cleaned and serviced yet it hardly starts in the morning. It would start and go off. Can I continue to use it that way? Will it cause further problems. It takes up to ten trials before it starts in the morning and thereafter it starts with just one click for the rest of the day..
