hi on cold mornings my gear stick is very tight and hard to move it's worse the colder it is but loosens up in a few mins once the car warms up.

Sounds like gear shift cables /linkage . Could also check g/box oil level .

Could check gear oil is the correct grade type.

It does sound like a gear cable fault
