2002 Peugeot 307 runs rough when cold

Car coughs and splutters and won't pull properly when it's cold. After about 5 mins it suddenly springs into life and is fine after that. Feels like a fuel problem. Fuel filter changed, anti pollution topped up still no difference.

does it start ok...if not get an injector leak off check carried out also possible coolant thermistor fault.
