2002 Peugeot 307 wont start

My wife got into the car and it wouldnt start. She got the car started with jump leads but when she got home turned the car off and tried to start it again. It was unresponsive. Jump leads wouldnt start the car then. The clock on the display read 00:00 and the lights n the display were coming up when the key was turned to the first knotch but nothing happened when the key was fully turned. Any ideas?

Check connections to the battery and also the earth strap from gearbox to body...

get your battery checked aswell

There's no connection from the battery, inspect battery Earth cable to the body, also check Live cable for any cuts or breaks.

sometimes car starts sometimes not if you wiggle a wire in fuse box on right hand side it seems to start
