Cold start problems??

iv got problems starting my motor on cold mornings??? checked battery its ok checked glow pluggs there ok could it be the alternater????

does the engine turn over fast enough?
check the swirl rod is connected correctly .back of head inlet manifold

get a check on the oxygen sensor ,for a cold start the engine needs more fuel if the sensor does not get the right signal it will have a problem starting ,when its warm and running and gets a wrong signal for more fuel ,the engine will pick up rpm .

your best bet is to call out the aa rac or green flag when your out and they should do a plug in diagnostic .
