2003 Peugeot 307 antipollution light

Antipollution light stays on & the vehicle seems to loose its pull.The Antipollution light does not come on right away,but by the time I drive to the end of the road it comes on and stay on thru my journey?
We took the car to the Peugeot Dealership and it went on the Diagnostics twice and they said there were no faults??
Can anyone help me resolve this small nightmare!If you can solve this one? I have an even better one for ya!

you havent stated whether it is a diesel or petrol.
