2000 Peugeot 306 wont rev past 4000 revs in 5th

hi ,,
i had a new clutch fitted at the garage n ever since my car struggles top end ,, in 5th gear it wont go above 4000 revs n tops out at 90 any 1 no what the problem is i just dont want it to get worse
