2007 Peugeot 306 headlight drivers side burns out evry two weeks

after a recall for electricals the drivers headlight keeps blowing after two/three weeks 4 so far a not very helpfull manager insists that i should pay to have the fault diagnosed i say they should do so they and peugeot costomer services say no.has anyone had this problem resolved?

did you fit the new bulb without touching the lens?
