2000 Peugeot 306 battery draining

With car off battery dies more or less
Half the time I can open the doors with key but only the front 2 doors open excluding the boot
Sometimes the boot opens
The original battery I realised today is 540 amps
My replacement is 360
I dint know if that's the issue since I checked alternator n the volts r coerect + I kept car running for 20 minutes n as soon as I turned it off It wouldn't come back on
Ive also realised jump starting can take a little while to start car whilst power pack starts it straight away not sure if that's an issue

Get both the battery and alternator load tested as a start off / elimination point .
