1999 Peugeot 306 non starter

hello help please..........changed hp pump, car started, left it for half hour went to start it again flying over, plenty of fuel to rail,no start, got my mate to check the codes one code showing P1404 additional heating 2 and pre heating circuit..... any ideas as where we go from here??

glow plug wiring or relay, pos require pump programing

some times disconnecting the battery resets the ecu and running problems are sometimes cured

After the broken down of the clurch cable, the car is not started again.
It was running when the cable went off. After the is swiched off, and after half an hour, the car is not starting again. soome people says, the problem is with the starter solenoid valve, other says the clutch is damaged. What do think?
