I CAN NOT UNDO THE SCREW WICH IS UNDER THE BOOT. I HAVE A FLAT TYER.THE TOOL TO UNDO THE SCREW IS MISSESING.

I would try and put a pair of vice grips on it and try and slacken that way. If you don't have access to tools, you'll need to go to a local garage and get them to remove it. Doesn't sound like a big job to someone who has the right tools, either that try and borrow a tool from another 306 owner!!
