the turbo is fine just no boost seems to lose it

very little information to form any kind of help.
have you checked the codes?,Things it could be are burst hose ,leaking intercooler,seized control rod,faulty covenor or control valve,faulty turbo.

are you sure the turbo is ok and the waste gate hasnt stuck open
