hi i have a 306 1.8 petrol x reg (2000) i have 2 problems. 1st when building up speed in any gear it splutters until i put my foot to the floor on the pedal. i'm thinking it could be a poss 02 sensor failure. 2nd when i start the car all the diles go up to the max then come back down again. please help me

could be the 02 sensor, but give it a FULL service first including fuel filter
