1999 Peugeot 306 central locking unlockes itself after 10 mins

Car: Peugeot 306
Year: 1999
Variant: HDI 2.0L meridian
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
fixed the main neg connection to the body which improved the immobilizer nonstarting problem but the locks are still unlocking themselves.
previously the central locking would not stay locked at all and the immobilizer kept the car from starting ,checked key fob and fitted new batt....ok car worked for 1 month no trouble then problems recurred.I had to then, manually hold the key over until the central locking held, then to open you had to ,using keyfob relock the locked car which made a click then use open button which worked.
it seems that if you could get the car to lock and then open....it would start!!
any ideas out there?

check your door harness between 'A'post and door on both front doors as there may be broken wires.
