1998 Peugeot 306 alarm going off

the alarm keeps going off. so i put my computer on it and no codes come up but when i done live data the battery voltage was low to ecu so checked from the battery and voltage is fine. so asuming that thats the reason the alam is going off. has anyone hade this problem. or suggest an area to look for broken wires. also not getting communication with airbag
