2011 Peugeot 3008 just filled the coolant reservoir and it has come straight back out under the car

Bought car 5 days ago drove 140 miles put coolant in reservoir and it has drained straight through and out under the car what could be the problem

Could be many things , hard to say without a lot more info . A coolant pressure test will show any external leaks and a coolant block test will show if cyl. head / gasket fault
