Fan on constantly then after 5to 10mins anti pollution warning on the dash display with amber engine management light

If not overheating or losing coolant , used for short stop / start trips , you could try a fast trip keeping high revs for 30 mins + and see if that clears the fault . If not needs scanned for fault codes to see what is triggering the light . But other possible causes also
