Front side lights not working

front side light not working sometime the driver side come on sometime bright sometimes dim. change bulbs and check volts and the volt keep goin up and down all the time from 4 volts to 12 volts

Try a BSI reset,
you'll get the procedure at "BBA REMAN".
if still not fixed get the BSI scanned for fault codes.

Check wiring plug and any earths .
